Welcome to Greenville, SC
Greetings, Sorors, Amicae, Members of the Zeta Male Network, and Guests!
On behalf of the great State of South Carolina, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Greenville for our 2027 South Carolina State Leadership Conference! We are excited to bring our Blue and White Family together in this beautiful city, known for its Southern hospitality, scenic beauty, and vibrant downtown.
Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Greenville offers a wonderful blend of natural beauty and Southern charm. From the picturesque Falls Park on the Reedy and iconic Liberty Bridge to the restaurants and shops along Main Street, there is something for everyone. I encourage you to take time to experience all that Greenville has to offer.
This year's theme, "Celebrating the Power of the Blue and White Family," reminds us of the strength found in unity, collaboration, and shared purpose. Our Sorors, Amicae, and Zeta Male Network each bring unique talents and contributions to our organization. Together, we are a powerful family committed to service, supporting one another, and making a lasting impact in our communities.
As we gather, we have an opportunity to celebrate our accomplishments, conduct the business before us, and prepare for the future. Equally important, we have an opportunity to Bridge, Build, and Elevate Together. It is through our shared experiences, meaningful connections, and collective commitment that we strengthen the bonds of our Blue and White Family.
My hope is that this conference leaves each of us inspired, connected, and renewed in our commitment to the work ahead. May we be reminded that our greatest strength lies not only in what we accomplish individually, but in what we achieve together.

Registration is open November 6, 2026 – March 1, 2027. There will be no on-site registration. Registration closes once capacity is reached or on March 1, 2027 at 11:59 p.m.

Important Payment Notice
Zeffy may automatically suggest an optional donation to support its platform. This donation is NOT required and is separate from your conference registration fee. Please carefully review your total payment amount before submitting — you may change the suggested donation amount to $0 if you do not wish to contribute. Any optional donation made to Zeffy is nonrefundable by the South Carolina State Leadership Conference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to the State Director at southcarolinastatedirector14@gmail.com. Questions regarding refunds should be sent to Soror/Friend Elizabeth Hargrave, South Carolina Financial Secretary, at sctamgram@gmail.com. Refund requests must be received by March 10, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. All refund requests must be approved by the South Carolina State Director. Service and processing fees will not be returned. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. There will be no on-site refunds issued.

When and where is the conference?

How do I register?
Select any Register button on this website to open the official Zeffy registration page. Registration opens November 6, 2026.
When does registration close, and can I register on-site?
Registration closes when capacity is reached or on March 1, 2027 at 11:59 p.m., whichever comes first. There will be no on-site registration.
How much does conference registration cost?
Regular registration is $325.00 from November 6, 2026 through February 1, 2027 for Graduate, Life Members, Amicae, SC Board Members, Zeta Male Network, and Visiting Guests. Late registration is $375.00 from February 2 through March 1, 2027. Undergraduate registration is $150.00 during both periods.
Is the suggested Zeffy donation required?
No. Zeffy's suggested donation is optional and separate from your registration fee. You may change it to $0 before submitting payment. Optional Zeffy donations are not refundable by the conference.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
The hotel reservation link is provided only after you successfully complete conference registration. Hotel booking ends March 16, 2027. Hotel & Travel information is available under About.
When is the Voting Delegate Form due?
The Voting Delegate Form is due March 1, 2027. The Basileus must complete the form; delegates must be registered and financial. Visit Voting Delegate Information under Key Conference Links.
When is Undergraduate Assistance due?
Undergraduate Assistance applications are due January 31, 2027. Visit Undergraduate Assistance under Key Conference Links for the form.
When are Z-HOPE project donations due?
Z-HOPE project donations are due April 9, 2027. Monetary donations only; no tangible items. Reporting uses ZSMS 4.0. The service project program date is April 18, 2027. Visit Z-HOPE for the Donate Now button and reporting information.
Which hotel amenities are included?
Conference guests staying at the hotel receive complimentary parking, breakfast, and an evening reception, included in the conference room rate at no additional charge.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Email refund requests to southcarolinastatedirector14@gmail.com by March 10, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. All requests require the State Director's approval. Service and processing fees are not returned; approved refunds use the original payment method. No on-site refunds will be issued. For refund questions, contact sctamgram@gmail.com.
Where can I find the schedule and attire information?

Are scooter rentals available?
Yes. Mobility Plus offers rentals at $50 per day ($150 for April 16–18), with delivery and pickup for $49; call (864) 335-8797. My Mobility Medics offers Friday–Sunday rentals for $150 with delivery for $55; call (864) 207-4425. Reported availability is 10–15 and 10–12 scooters, respectively. How can I become a vendor?
Vendor space costs $325.00 and includes one 6-foot table and two chairs. Additional tables are $25.00 each. Vendor Village is limited to 10 vendors, with over 400 attendees anticipated. Payment is due December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The conference takes place April 16–18, 2027 at Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center, 670 Verdae Blvd, Greenville, SC 29607. Vendor Village opens Friday at 10 a.m. and closes Sunday at 1 p.m. Hotel accommodation information is provided after registration. How do I purchase and submit a digital Souvenir Journal ad?
Ads may be purchased as an add-on during Zeffy registration. A full-page ad costs $100.00 and measures 8.5 × 11 inches. Email ads and photo attachments as PDFs at 300 dpi to scmarcomm@gmail.com by February 15, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Use the filename format Chapter or Auxiliary_SCLC27_AD.pdf, such as AAZ_SCLC27_FullPage.pdf. When are scholarship applications due?
Scholarship applications close March 1, 2027. Visit Scholarship Information under Key Conference Links for the flyer and the Barbara C. When is the nominations application expected to be available?
The South Carolina Leadership Conference 2027 Nominations Application is expected to be available November 1, 2026 through December 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Nominations packet submission and vetting run December 1–30, 2026, with the packet submission deadline December 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The campaign period only begins January 1, 2027 — candidates will not be allowed to campaign before this period. Campaign videos are due March 7, 2027, and the Candidates Forum is March 23, 2027. Open positions for elected officers of the State of South Carolina for 2027–2029: Chair of the Board of Directors, Grammateus, Tamias Grammateus, Phylacter, and Trustee. What is the deadline for proposed bylaw amendments?
Proposed amendments must be submitted no later than February 15, 2027 at 11:59 PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted. Visit Bylaw Amendments under Key Conference Links for the bylaws, instructions, and submission form.
How can I volunteer or join the Blue & White Family Choir?
The volunteer signup form is embedded on Conference Volunteer Information under Key Conference Links. Morning, afternoon, and evening volunteer shifts are welcome.
